Application of Brushless Motors in Humidifiers

High-end humidifiers are usually equipped with fog-free cold-evaporation humidification to avoid white powder pollution and bacterial spread. The noise can be controlled below 40dB to ensure a quiet environment. It supports multi-speed speed regulation (such as reducing to 1500rpm in sleep mode) and is equipped with a humidity sensor that can automatically adjust the speed to maintain the set humidity (such as 50%-60% RH).

To achieve these functions, a core power component is required - an outer rotor brushless motor. For humidifiers, considering space and performance requirements, brushless motors with a diameter of 40-60mm are generally used as the main reference.
