During the year after completing the relocation to the new factory, Huajuntong Motor has not merely moved its production site, but also gone through a critical period of process commissioning, production line running-in and overall supply chain system accumulation. In the early relocation phase with equipment debugging and process adaptation, the overall production capacity was constrained. After one year of refinement and optimization, the factory has achieved a leap-forward capacity increase, with daily output rising from 150,000 units during trial production after relocation to a scaled production level of 250,000 units per day.
To meet the growing order demand, Huajuntong has invested in 3 additional automated production lines this year, while carrying out systematic optimization and upgrading of existing production lines. At present, the factory is equipped with more than 200 automated devices and 20 automated production lines, covering the full-process procedures including rotor winding, rotor dynamic balancing, component pressing, motor assembly, comprehensive performance inspection and aging testing. Automation transformation reduces individual errors caused by manual intervention. The consistency of motors in the same batch is further improved in terms of winding parameters, commutator assembly, overall noise and torque output. Meanwhile, production lead time is shortened, enabling delivery capacity for both small-batch sampling and large-volume orders.
Leveraging the upgraded complete production lines, Huajuntong can mass-produce a full range of miniature brushed motors, including mainstream models such as N series, M series, K series, 020, 030, 050, 130, 150, 180, 310, 330, 350, 370, 520 and 36ZY. The product portfolio covers ultra-small, general-purpose and low-power brushed motors. We supply standard off-the-shelf motors, and can also adjust voltage, speed, torque, output shaft and lead wires according to customer requirements. Modular delivery is available with various gearboxes including spur gear, planetary gear and worm gearbox, catering to power demands across diverse industries such as smart home, personal care, medical devices, small automated equipment and toy models.
During the year of relocation and consolidation, the team also completed the iteration of tooling and fixtures. We reviewed practical problems exposed in the trial production phase, including assembly defects, brush wear and noise fluctuation, and continuously optimized raw material access and full-process quality inspection standards. The factory conducts production in strict accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 systems. The complete quality control workflow, covering incoming inspection of magnets, copper wires and brushes, in-process patrol checks, as well as outgoing tests of finished products for service life, load and noise, has been implemented on automated production lines. The experience gained from trial production is translated into stable mass production performance.
While expanding production capacity, our custom development capability remains intact. Our technical team consists of more than ten motor R&D engineers. For differentiated customer projects, we can rapidly complete sample prototyping and parameter tuning. For large-volume orders, automated production lines guarantee stable lead times, balancing R&D sampling and mass production.
With the full operation of production lines in the new factory, Huajuntong Motor owns a full-specification brushed motor product portfolio and a production base capable of 250,000 units per day. We provide stable, high-consistency miniature motors and complete geared motor power solutions for equipment manufacturers at home and abroad.
