Application of 180 Gear Motor for Adult Automatic Telescopic Rods

This 180 DC brushed motor, combined with a planetary gearbox and automatic telescopic components, forms the motor for automatic telescopic adult products. This motor can be applied to automatic telescopic AV wands and magic wands in adult products.

Compared with conventional automatic telescopic AV wands, the planetary gearbox is adopted with a reduction ratio adjustable from 5:1 to 600:1 according to requirements. The transmission efficiency can exceed 85%, enabling precise control of the rhythm. With a high speed ratio, the AV wand has stronger thrust and a more powerful experience than conventional ones.

The telescopic component converts the rotary motion output by the planetary gear motor into linear reciprocating motion, achieving telescopic action through a lead screw mechanism. The telescopic length can be adjusted as required, with a normal range of 20–50mm to avoid mechanical damage or usage risks caused by excessive extension.
