On FPV drones, the 3115 brushless motor can be used as a standard motor, mainly reflected in:


1. Efficiency improvement design: Adopts multi-slot multi-pole (12N14P) iron core structure and high-performance high-temperature resistant arc magnetic sheets, improving efficiency by more than 5% under heavy load conditions at the rear stage.


2. Speed-torque balance: Uses 4-pole NdFeB rotor design, can provide more than 2 times peak torque at 310V high voltage, while maintaining a wide speed range (KV value 2600-310 optional).

3. Self-cooling structure: Rotor hollow design combined with aviation aluminum shell, matched with active cooling air duct, extending full-load continuous operation time by 50%.


4. Control compatibility: Compatible with U3115S driver chip, supports 200V high voltage input and 500kHz high frequency response, precise dead time control (3-5μs), closed-loop control response delay <10ms, meeting racing mode requirements.
